WikiAudio $200 Tutorial Contest
Our friends over at WikiAudio have announced a great chance for you, the aspiring audio writer, the chance to win $200 all by writing a few tutorials about your favorite DAW.
Here’s how it works…
You, the competitor agree to write at least one tutorial with a total of 100 words or more (easy!).
The tutorial can be of anything pertaining to audio or sound technology as long as it fulfills the tutorial writing guidelines and a similar tutorial doesn’t already exist on Wikiaudio. Each tutorial must have at least 1 related picture or media file accompanying it.Here is an example tutorial.
After the initial tutorial is written the competitor who continues on to create the most tutorials for the month wins $200.The criteria for each additional tutorial is adherence to the general tutorial guidelines, a 250 word minimum and two accompanying image files. The tutorial limit for the contest is 10 per competitor.
If multiple competitors do 10 tutorials the winner will be determined by a community vote based on which competitor has written the most elaborate and useful tutorials. When does the contest start and end?
The scheduled time frame is as follows:
Start date: September 1st 2009 at 12:00 am GMT
End date October 1st 2009 12:00am GMT
