No problem! The Alloy plug-in is quite amazing. Can't wait to get my hands on it myself.

Cheers Ben, I'll have to find somewhere that'll let me take a loan. Had a mess with the IZotope Alloy plug today, apart from the slightly busy look it's a pretty amazing plugin, no need to fill up those inserts. thanks for the recommendations!

Yeah, the main selling point is that the D-Box is both a quality monitor switching unit as well as a great sounding analog summing box all in one. So instead of having something like a Mackie monitor controller and then an analog summing box, you can just get all of what you need with the D-Box. It'd be a great way to add some analog touches/sounds to your PT LE mixes, in my opinion.

Also, the routing that's built into the D-Box is really flexable. It's also got talkback/headphone cue stuff built-in, so you're seriously getting a lot of bang for your buck.

If you own some Dynaudio's, then you're for sure in the range of adding something like a D-Box to your setup.

Hi guys, could you tell us a little more about the D-box please? What is the real selling point?? My monitors are great (dynaudios) and my room is well treated soundwise, how could it improve the sound? I've a home studio and a PT LE system, so I'm curious...
